The Garage by Gritfit, located in the beautiful seaside town of Yzerfontein, has been calling it home since 2017.

This Fitness Studio might have gone by different names in the past, but its dedication to transforming the lives of its members has stuck. Focusing on personal training and box-fit, members can expect to find an encouraging space where they can achieve their goals.

With free weights being the main method of training, we believe in a more hands-on approach to fitness.

Members are also not restricted to trading hours, as the facility is 24 hours a day, we just ask that members be mindful of personal training and boxfit members, as they have preference of the studio space.
